It has taken me TOO LONG to write this OUTSTANDING review for this company!! We got our roof done in May and it was utterly shocking how fast this team moved!! Stripping the roof to the bone, getting the materials to my home, install of the new roof,... and clean-up all in less than 12hrs!! They also came back the next day with a big magnet to make sure they got all of the nails - unreal! Be real- this is FL so it does take time for your roof to be repaired, & yes there was a wait but it was born worth it and gorgeous. Ethan (and Mark) was quick to respond and answer questions from the very start, either by text or phone. He explained all questions clearly and addressed our concerns with patience. When we were on the fence concerning the color of the shingle, Mark ... brought large samples to view under different light situations. During the process, if there were snags both were quick to respond to correct the issue. Our very steep roof needed a lot of attention, and Ethan or Mark was on the job communicating with the foreman on a daily basis. Once the job was completed, Ethan sent “sweepers” twice (!) to make sure there were no nails that may have been missed during the clean-up. Most important, Ethan followed up with a text, visit, or call to make sure we were happy with the work that had been done. November 2024 I was completely pleased with every step of the re roofing process. Their estimate was the best that I received out of four companies. WOW - really awesome! David from TaylorMade Roofing Inc was just wonderful! After heavy rains, I saw some leakage near the chimney and they scheduled me in almost immediately ( I know they must have been busy!) - but it wasn't even the roof that was ... leaking, but the chimney cap. David was amazing!!! He went up and took pictures of the cap for me, sent them to me, and placed a tarp over the chimney so more rain wouldn't damage anything.
